This service includes: a free consultation with Chef Mia, developing weekly menus with foods aligned to your preferences and lifestyle goals, grocery shopping, high quality meals prepared in-home, and labels/information regarding proper storage and reheating. Chef Mia will provide any additional culinary tools or resources needed to execute your menu.

After submitting a booking form and receiving your free consultation, Chef Mia will provide a menu proposal which can be adjusted to your preferences along with an estimate for your quote.

Once all parties are in agreement a contract for services will be signed. Meal prep services are available on a week to week basis Monday-Thursday. There is limited availability for this service.
